Samsung Galaxy Trend Duos GT-S7392 ~ 4-inch Android Jelly Bean SmartPhone for Rs.8500

Samsung recently announced plans to launch two affordable handsets in India, and it looks like the company is putting those plans into motion with the new Dual-SIM Android Jelly Bean smartphone for the mid-range Indian Market, Samsung Galaxy Trend Duos. Though there was no formal announcement since then, Samsung Galaxy Trend Duos GT-S7392 smartphone is already on sale for Rs.8,500 (US $ 136) on e-commerce websites including Snapdeal, Flipkart and retail stores across the country (INDIA).

Samsung Galaxy Trend Duos comes with a 4-inch TFT capacitive touch screen with 480 × 800 pixels WVGA display resolution. This handset supports Dual-SIM (GSM + GSM). Talking about the dimension of this smartphone it measures 121.5 x 63.1 x 10.85 mm and weighs 160 grams.

It is powered by a 1 GHz Single core Hawaii SS Kyleve (Cortex A9) Processor coupled with Broadcom VideoCore IV HW GPU and 512MB of RAM. The 4GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB with microSD card. Samsung Galaxy Trend Duos has 3 Megapixel Mediocre rear camera without any Flash Light and it has no front facing (Secondary) camera.

    During a call, the screen is locked my samsung gt – s7392l. Does anyone know how to disable this function?

      It’s the proximity sensor, when you put the phone to your face during call the screen will turn off,
      so that you don’t accidentally activate/press buttons with your face.

      @Antony, May be, the issue is general screen time out. If it’s set to 30 seconds, for example, I’m pretty sure the screen will still time out at 30 seconds after the last touch, even if you’re on a call.

      (or) try double-tap to unlock during call

      (or) There is a free app called keepscreen , try it …
